Tammy K. Decker, 59 of rural Bellefonte passed away at her residence, on Thursday, August 3, 2023. Tammy was born on August 9, 1963, in Bellefonte, a daughter of the late Thomas and Christine Kline Merritt. On August 16, 1986, she married Albert W. Decker who survives at home.

Also surviving are her daughters, Carrie (Ryan) Vidrine of Bellefonte, Christina (Blake) Burns of Howard, Kayla (Kelly) Strouse of Kylertown and Dawneigh Decker of State College; her 6 grandchildren Xavier Vidrine, Paisley Vidrine, Raelynn Burns, Kali Burns, Daxon Strouse and Lavarion Doby. Tammy is also survived by her 2 sisters, Peggy Rockey of Bellefonte and Cindy Tobery of Philipsburg. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her granddaughter Ella Burns, and her siblings Bonnie Merritt, Amy Crust, Jeff Merritt and Thomas Merritt, Jr. Tammy was of the Protestant Faith and was a homemaker. She enjoyed playing Bingo. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed gardening, planting flowers and family always came first.

Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, at the Dean K. Wetzler Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Inc. 201 Spring St., Milesburg, from 11:00 A. M. - 12:30 P. M. with the funeral service to follow at 12:30 P. M. Burial will be in Sprucetown Cemetery, Spring Mills. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of The Dean K.
