Carolyn J. Chavez, age 73 of Seymour, TN passed away Thursday, January 4, 2018. She was a Pastor’s wife, Sunday school leader, and conference leader. She was also a member of Seymour FBC and she was an office manager at an Ophthalmology Practice in Maryland. Carolyn enjoyed crafts, cooking, and gardening. She was preceded in death by her mother and father. She is survived by her: husband, Richard R. Chavez; 2 adopted boys and grandchildren; sister, Patricia Nichols; and Seymour FBC family.
