SHERMAN – Gene B. Gould, 90, died June 22, 2023 in Houlton. He was born August 20, 1932 in Sherman, the son of Percy and Gladys (Dearborn) Gould. He played town baseball and basketball. He was a potato farmer most of his life. He also was a truck driver and worked in the woods. He loved his horses.

He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Analee (Patterson) Gould of Sherman; two children Susan Brooks of Sherman and John and Carlene Gould of Sherman; three grandchildren Travis Gould and Christina of Gorham, Amanda Gould and Chris of Newport and their children Zoey and Bode, and Samantha and Jacob Willett and their child Alex all of Stacyville; two sisters – in – laws Louise (Morgan) Gould and Yvonne Patterson.

He was predeceased by his parent’s Three Brothers: Robert, Keith, and Bruce, and Three Sisters: Elgah, Gladys, and Glenna.

He loved all his many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Thank you to those who helped the most and to Houlton Reginal Hospital and Dr. Cavalari for such loving care.
