<p>Rose Ruthen-Burns passed away on June 24, 2023. She was 93, born March 10, 1930 in Yonkers NY to Michael Campanaro and Mary (Di’Ancona) Campanaro. She moved to Wethersfield CT in 1972 and to Rocky Hill in 2004 and most recently lived at the Hebert T Clark assisted living in Glastonbury CT since 2020. Rose was a talented Singer and painter and she loved gardening but there was nothing she loved more than her children and grandchildren.</p><p>Rose is survived by her children (Michael Ruthen and his wife Kristin of Vernon CT, Raymond Ruthen and his wife Laura of Glastonbury CT and Roberta O’Brien and her husband Kevin of Hebron CT, Seven grandchildren, Arthur Mallegol, Meagen Fiore, Alex Ruthen, Spencer O’Brien, Casey O’Brien, Charlie Ruthen and Josh Ruthen, and five great-grandchildren, Kaylie Mallegol, Ayden Mallegol, Morgan Mallegol, Lily Fiore and Cora Fiore. </p><p>She was pre-deceased by her Husbands, Arthur Ruthen and George Burns and her daughter Terry Mallegol as well as her sister Janet DiMarco and her brother Frank Campanaro.</p><p>Calling hours will be Saturday, July 1, 2023 from 10 am – 12 PM in the Farley-Sullivan Funeral Home, 50 Naubuc Avenue, Glastonbury, CT followed by a memorial service the funeral home. </p><p>The family would like to extend Heart Felt thanks to all the staff at Hebert T. Clark as well as Sandy, Tara and Micheala at Harrington Court for their compassion and caring.</p><p><br></p>
