Heather Ann Holcomb Obituary

Late Afternoon, May 31st, 2023, Heather Ann Holcomb of Eddington, Maine slipped away. She was found unresponsive by her husband in their residence. Heather had just turned 35, as her birthday was May 4th.

The list of survivors include her daughter, Faithlynn Ann Blake; her husband, Thomas Allen Blake of Eddington; his parents, Roger and Brenda Blake of Lubec; his grandmother, Connie Fleet of New Brunswick; his sisters, Drew and Carly of Eddington and Bangor and their children, Wynter, Braylyn, Harbor, Hallie, Noah, Carter, Kameron, and Ethan. Heather's brother, Ricky Hatch of Bangor, and his children, Aliyah and Tristan Hatch; her sister, Tina Gleitz of Bangor and her son, Robert Frink. Devin Shipuleski of Plainfield, CT; Tasha Holcomb, and her daughter, Tessa Holcomb of Bangor. Finally, Heather was survived by her Mother, Sheila Holcomb of Danielson, CT.

Passed before Heather was her dear friend, Roy Lynn, her two beloved sons, Mason Allen Blake and Tyler Allen Blake, and finally her Father, Dennis Carl Holcomb of Ormond Beach, Florida.

When Heather worked, her passion was in the field of direct support. She had a soft spot for people with physical and mental health disabilities. So much so that she started working when she was 13 years old assisting a neighbor with her disabled adult children. Heather was special in the sense that she lived a arduous life, and trusted very few people. But when she did like someone, it was pure and with all her heart. Heather thoroughly enjoyed the Great outdoors and felt most at home riding four wheelers, fishing, and camping. Heather was a woman who truly loved her husband and their daughter.

Family and friends are invited and encouraged to meet at Mad Kats in Brewer with the date and time are to be determined and will be announced promptly. Any donations, please send directly to her Mother, Sheila Holcomb.
