Thomas Edgar Hutchinson

Tom Hutchinson,74, passed away Saturday, May 27, 2023 at his residence in McCool.

Graveside services are 1:30pm Saturday, June 3, 2023 at Pleasant Ridge United Methodist Church Cemetery in Collinsville with burial to follow. Visitation will be Saturday from 9:30 am until 11:00 am at Culpepper Funeral Home in Kosciusko.

Tom is survived by his daughter Summer-Day Ferguson and son Tommy Hutchinson (Meagan), seven grandchildren, sisters Mae, Diana, Elizabeth, Janet, and Ruth Ann, and brothers William, Robert, and Mark.

He retired from Walmart having worked for 13 years. Prior to that he proudly served in the US Army for 24 years, serving two combat tours in Vietnam, served in Germany twice and Korea once, along with numerous stateside assignments.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents Wavey and Wilma Wuestney Hutchinson, wife Retha Philyaw Hutchinson, son Timothy, sister Mary Paul, and brothers Chuck and Mike.
