<p>Dennis Ray Wetter, 69, of Indianapolis, passed away on Thursday, May 25, 2023.&nbsp; He was born on May 23, 1954, in Beech Grove to the late James Frederick and Frances Elizabeth (Church) Wetter.&nbsp; </p><p>Dennis was a talented maintenance man with certifications in HVAC and Welding.&nbsp; He was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Indianapolis and the Capitol City Conservation Club. &nbsp;Dennis loved Elvis, animals and taking care of people.&nbsp; He was very kind, loved to talk and never met a stranger.&nbsp; He will be greatly missed. </p><p>Survivors include his “soulmate” of 40 years, Avonna Dee (Perry) Lowe; children, Dennis Wetter, II., Jonathan Wetter, John Lowe and Roxanne Moss; brother, David Wetter; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.&nbsp; He was preceded in death by his brother, Jerry Gilpin. </p><p>A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 10 at 12:30 p.m. in Round Hill Cemetery.&nbsp; &nbsp; </p><p>To order flowers or leave a condolence, please visit www.LauckFuneralHome.com </p>

Obituary

Dennis Ray Wetter, 69, of Indianapolis, passed away on Thursday, May 25, 2023.  He was born on May 23, 1954, in Beech Grove to the late James Frederick and Frances Elizabeth (Church) Wetter. 

Dennis was a talented maintenance man with certifications in HVAC and Welding.  He was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Indianapolis and the Capitol City Conservation Club.  Dennis loved Elvis, animals and taking care of people.  He was very kind, loved to talk and never met a stranger.  He will be greatly missed.
