It is with great sadness the family of Glenn Smith announce his sudden passing on Tuesday, May 30th, 2023.  He is survived by his loving wife Pamela Smith (nee Ingram). Proud father of Donald (Kim), Charles, Jason (Odessa), Cheryl Ann (Jason), Darlene (Rob) and Devika Patel.  Glenn will be greatly missed by his sisters Ruth White (the late Hal), Nadine Crossman (Charles) and Esther Smith.  He is predeceased by his first wife Audrey Smith, his brothers Bruce (Joyce) and Thomas (Dawn) and his siblings Hubert and Catherine who passed away in infancy.  He will also be dearly missed by many other family members and friends. 

A Mechanic by trade, Glenn wore many hats throughout his life but none more important to him than that of father and family man. He was very proud of his family and was committed to them everyday of his life.  He enjoyed life's simple pleasures, he was kind and quiet but not afraid of hard work. 

Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John, NB, a visitation will take place on Wednesday, May 31st, 2023, from 2 - 4 PM and 6 - 8 PM.  A Funeral Service honouring his life will be held in the Fundy Chapel on Thursday, June 1st, at 2 PM.  Interment at Oceanview Memorial Gardens will follow.  Donations to the heart and stroke foundations or a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
