Tadeusz “Ted” Dabrowski, 66, of Plainville, passed away on Monday, May 29, 2023. He was the beloved husband of Ewa (Zajac) Dabrowski for 43 years. Tadeusz was born in Poland on December 3, 1956, son of the late Teofil and Rozalia (Romanowska) Dabrowski. He was raised in Poland before immigrating to the United States in 1966. Tadeusz and Ewa were married in 1980. He was a member of Sacred Heart Church in New Britain and had a long career as a certified Professional Engineer with BVH Integrated Services.

Tadeusz was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He is survived by his son Christopher Dabrowski and his wife Marta Dabrowski, and daughter Jennifer Hover and her husband Christopher; grandchildren Weston Dabrowski and Greyson Hover; brothers Henry Dabrowski and his wife Ela, and Stanislaw Dabrowski and his wife Basia; and sister Wladyslawa Scibek. He is also survived by his brother-in-law Henry Zajac and his wife Lori; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He is predeceased by his sister Krystyna Sliwka and her husband Ryszard J. Sliwka.

He cherished spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Ted was an avid historian, martial artist, passionate fan of basketball, and enjoyed traveling. He will be remembered for his devotion to family and friends, work ethic, generosity, and warm spirit.

Tadeusz will have a private Celebration of Life at the convenience of the family. He will be interred at Sacred Heart Cemetery in New Britain, CT at that time.
