<p>Nancy J. Brazeau, age 80, of Wisconsin Rapids, passed away on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at Hilltop Grand Village.</p><p><br></p><p>A celebration of life will be held at Ritchay Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids, on Friday, June 2, 2023, from 9am to 12pm.</p><p><br></p><p>Nancy was born on October 8, 1942, in Wisconsin Rapids to Leo and Helen (Ponczoch) Van Ert. She graduated from Assumption High School in 1960 and worked for First National Bank for 25 years. Nancy married William “Bill” Brazeau on May 23, 1964, in Wisconsin Rapids.</p><p><br></p><p>Nancy was a member of Bullseye Golf Club. She enjoyed playing games with family and friends. She especially loved bridge, dominoes and playing cards with her grandkids.</p><p><br></p><p>Nancy is survived by her husband, William “Bill” Brazeau; daughter, Suzanne (Joseph) Anglehart; grandchildren, Martha, Samuel and Emma Anglehart; siblings, Judy (Sonny Altman) Van Ert, William Van Ert, and Sandra Van Ert; sister-in-law, Donna Van Ert; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Steven Brazeau; and brothers, Jerry Van Ert and David Van Ert.</p><p><br></p><p>In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Nancy's name to the charity of your choice.</p><p><br></p><p>The family would like to give a special thank you to the entire staff at Hilltop Grand Village and to all the nurses and CNAs from Promedica Hospice.</p>Obituary
