Ronald Lee Martin, age 78, of Hannibal, MO passed away at 5:40 am Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at Beth Haven Nursing Home.  

Graveside services and burial will be held 10:00 am Friday, June 2, 2023, at the Grand View Burial Park. Father Mike Quinn will officiate.

The family is being served by the Grand View Funeral Home & Burial Park of Hannibal.

Ronald was born on January 20, 1945, in Hannibal, MO the son of Theodore Wayne and Ethel Marie (Mulnix) Martin.

He was married to Karen Hatton, she preceded him in death in 2008.

Survivors include a brother, Jerry Martin (Arlene) of Hannibal, MO; sisters, Nancy Bowman of Hannibal, MO and Carol Higgins of Quincy, IL and several nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents and wife, Mr. Martin was preceded in death by a daughter, Lora Jane Martin and sisters, Doris Hopping and Betty Kramer.

Ronald worked as a cook at the Saint Thomas Seminary in Hannibal and later worked as a salesman in the insurance field.

Away from work, Ronald enjoyed cooking and spending time with his family and friends.  Mr. Martin always cherished the companionship of his dog.

Ronald was a Catholic by faith.
