Mr.Joseph C. Puckett, 71, died Monday night (May 29, 2023) at Oceanview Health and Rehab on Tybee Island, GA following a short illness.

     He was native and lifelong resident of Ware County, GA. He was the son of the late James E. Puckett and Addie Hurst Puckett and preceded in death by a sister, Wanda Ruth Dudley.

He was a Merchant, Insurance Salesman, Landlord and a former employee of Ware State Prison. He was a graduate of Ware County High School.

     Survivors include a daughter, Joanna Aldridge of Waycross; two grandchildren, Drew Rhoden and Tiffany Murray; three great grandchildren, McKenzie, Galvin and Gracin; a brother, James R. (Dick) Puckett (wife Brenda) of TyTy, GA and several nieces and nephews.

     A graveside service will be held 11:00 AM Friday (June 2, 2023) at Kettle Creek Cemetery.
