Foster Edward Publicover
74, of West Dover passed away suddenly on Friday, May 26, 2023. Born in Halifax he was the son of the late Clovis and Audrey (Morash) Publicover. Foster was well known in the steeplejack world. He started his working with Stones and finished with D&M Morash Steeplejacks. He then went onto fishing (lobster) with his beloved son and grandson. Foster always had an open door in his garage for anyone up on the hill. Survived by his wife, Pauline Duncan; son, Foster (Raylee), Hacketts Cove; grandchildren, Colton (Cynthia) MacMillian and Dylan (Maddie); three great grandchildren; sisters, Carol (Wade Kirby), West Dover; Mabel (Stephen) Francis, Hubbards; nieces and nephew. Predeceased by his brother, Phillip and stepson, Geoffrey Duggan. A graveside service will be held 11 am Friday, June 2 in the St. James Anglican Church Cemetery, West Dover.
