It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Lillian ‘Lily’ Caroline Turner (nee Ermine), late of Prince Albert, SK formerly of Sturgeon Lake, SK in Saskatoon, SK on May 26th, 2023, at the age of 74 years. Lily was born in Montreal Lake, SK on November 22nd, 2023, to Douglas & Grace Ermine. Lily will be lovingly remembered by her children Florence (Danny) Sanderson, Marlene (Danny) Heathen, Claudia Turner, Julie Cloak, & Carson (Colleen) Turner; her adopted son Roland (Lindsay) Felix; her grandchildren: Jack Turner Jr., William Turner, Vanessa Turner, Jennifer Sanderson, Daniel Sanderson Jr., Gilbert Sanderson, Joshua Sanderson, Denny Heathen, Angus Heathen, Raelene Heathen, Daya Heathen, Andrea Nighttraveller, Andrew Watchmaker, Tessa Watchmaker, Mark Watchmaker, Kaylee Watchmaker, Jimmy Watchmaker, Preston Switenky, Alexander Bird, Candace McAdam, Samantha Turner, Lily Turner, & Carson Turner; her sisters Pauline Ermine-Turner, Mary (Leon) Ballantyne, Sylvia Harper, Beverley Ermine, Judy Waditaka, & Selena (Melvin) Ermine; her brother Bruce Ermine; her best friend Grace Daniels; as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, & nieces. Lily was predeceased by her parents Douglas (Grace (nee Hunt)) Ermine; her sons Luke, Franklin, & Jack; her grandson Darius Turner; her sisters Marlene Ermine (infancy), Shirley Ermine, & June Ermine; her brothers Eugene Ermine, & Edward Ermine; & her nephews Aaron Turner, & Timothy Turner. A Wake Service will be held on Monday, May 29th, 2023, at 4 PM at Full Gospel Outreach, Prince Albert, SK, & Tuesday, May 30th, 2023, at 2 PM at Sturgeon Lake Community Hall, Sturgeon Lake, SK. A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, May 31st, 2023, at 11 AM at Sturgeon Lake Community Hall, Sturgeon Lake, SK. The Officiants will be Pastor Vern Temple & Rev. Danny Heathen. The Eulogist will be Jennifer Sanderson. Music by various singers & music. The Honourary Pallbearers are Doris Ermine, Beverly Ermine, Mary Ermine, Judy Waditaka, Sylvia Harper, Selena Ermine, Alexander Bird, Preston Switenky, Mark Watchmaker, and all those who knew and loved Lily. The Pallbearers are Denny Heathen, Stewart Harper, Angus Heathen, Charles Crowe, Bradley Turner, & Melvin Charles Jr. The Interment will take place at the East End Cemetery in Sturgeon Lake, SK.
