Paul A. Lucas, 82 of East Liverpool passed peacefully at the East Liverpool City Hospital on Sunday, May 28, 2023, following a brief illness.

Paul was born in Midland, PA, on August 19, 1940, to the late Joseph and Josephine Scelp Lucas.

Paul was a retired businessman, and a Christian by faith. He was a 1959 graduate of East Liverpool High School. Paul might be best known for his wonderful voice, he loved to sing.

Along with his parents, his wife Barbara, and his brother, David Lucas preceded him in death.

Left to cherish his memory are his children, Shelly (Grafton) Wolbert of East Liverpool, Christine (David) Byers of East Liverpool, Moni (Marty) Patterson of Summerset, SD, and Daniel P. (Mary Anna) Lucas of East Liverpool. In addition, he leaves his sister, Barbara McGraw of East Liverpool, ten grandchildren, and fourteen great-grandchildren.

Paul’s cremation services are in the care of the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester.
