Dorothy Moulton

Dorothy Moulton passed away this past

Monday at the age of 85.

She was born November 16, 1937 to Michael Gannon and Ruth Fay Gannon in Roxbury, MA.

She was married to the late Robert Moulton for 37 Years.

Dorothy was one of eight children, the late Robert Gannon of Charlestown, MA the late Margarnt Midge Quinn of Titisville, FL the late Josephine Patterson of West Roxbury, MA the late Joseph Gannon of Jamaica Plain Ma. Also survived by Thomas Gannon of West Roxbury, MA, John Gannon of Dorchester, Ma and Michael Gannon of Dedham, MA. She was mother to Michael Fici of Valrico, FL and Ruth Heywood of Spring Hill, FL. She was grandmother to Joseph Lussier of West Roxbury, MA, Jeffrey Lussier of Spring Hill, FL, Jenna Nelson (Heywood) of Spring Hill, FL , and Zachary Heywood of Spring Hill, FL. She was great grandmother to Arianna Nelson of Spring Hill, FL, and William Lussier of New Port Richey , FL. She was aunt to Michael Gannon and Elizabeth Gannon both of Dedham, MA & Shawn Gannon of Charlestown, MA.

Dorothy worked as a coding supervisor for the Hartford insurance company up until she retired in 2000. She dearly loved her grandchildren and her great grandchildren. She loved to go shopping, spending money on her loved ones. She loved to read and do crossword and search a word puzzles, she loved the White Mountains in NH. Taking her grandchildren up there frequently as children. Dorothy finally moved down to Florida to enjoy her time with her great grandchildren and her family. This gave her the opportunity to bond with her son-in-law James Heywood. She also enjoyed sneaking in treats to the dogs as well while nobody was looking, and they loved her to death.

Dorothy will be dearly missed by her family, as well as her animals.
