Nancy Renee (Goad) Teasley, age 62, passed away Friday, May 26, 2023. She was born August 3, 1960 in Oklahoma City to Junior Hugh Goad and Doris Nancy (Kinder) Gordon. She graduated from Mustang Public Schools and later worked at both the Elementary and Lakehoma Schools in the cafeteria. Renee then went to work in the medical field as an office administrator for both Baptist Hospital and the Oklahoma Heart Hospital. She loved flowers, tending to her inside plants and singing with her church, Mustang United Methodist. She married Paul Teasley in 2004 (d. 2011). She is preceded in death by her husband and parents, Hugh Goad and Doris Gordon and husband Bobby Joe. Renee is survived by her two daughters, Nikki Thurman and husband Steve and Carissa Spears and husband Israel, eight grandchildren: Cody Stoll, Waylon, Ezekiel, Sawyer, Jack and Spencer Thurman and Chris and Nancy Spears. Funeral services will be 11:00am Tuesday at McNeil’s Funeral Services with burial to follow at the Mustang Cemetery.
