James Doyle Hallmark, 59, of Tow, Texas passed away on December 10, 2013. He was born to V.M. and Norma L. (Key) Hallmark on January 18, 1954 in Burnet, Texas. James was a "Jack of all trades and a master of none" and had jobs in the oil field as a truck driver, and worked for Central Texas Electric Cooperative for a time. In his spare time he enjoyed woodworking in his shop and loved hunting and fishing and loved his family.. He is survived by his wife, Stephanie who he married in Tow, Texas on October 8, 1978. He is also survived by a son, Stephen Hallmark, of Tow, Texas, daughter, Ashley lnge and husband JJ of Lone Grove, Texas, and grandchildren, Aaron, Tanner and JoJo, brothers Charles Hallmark and his wife Sue, and Ronnie Hallmark and his wife Carol and numerous nieces and nephews and his beloved dog, Patch He is preceded in death by his father V.M. Hallmark and a sister Alice Leach. A private memorial is planned at the family home on Sunday, December 15, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. An online guest register may be signed at www. PutnamCares.com.
