Jacque Washburn
<p>On Tuesday, April 21st, Jacque Marie Washburn, passed away at the age of 79.</p><p><br></p><p>Jacque was born on December 8th, 1941 in New Braunfels, Texas to Royce Roessing and Marie Rothberger. One of 3 children, she excelled in marketing for several corporations before retiring from 3M. She married Douglas Washburn, giving birth to a son.</p><p><br></p><p>She had a love for all animals, giving generously to local and nationwide animal charities. She adored all her nieces and nephews, especially when they were babies. She enjoyed Bluegrass music, traveling to annual festivals around the country. Kind and warmhearted, with a high spirit is how we will remember Jacque.</p><p><br></p><p>Jacque is preceded in death by her father, Buster, her mother, Marie, and her brother, Charlie. She is survived by her son Jeff, her sister Janie and many cousins, nieces and nephews.</p><p><br></p><p>After choosing to be cremated, a memorial will be held when current conditions dictate. </p><p>Special thank you for the Austin Chapter of Visiting Angels and Altus Hospice.
