<p>Randall Kay Osborne, 62, of Whitesburg, TN. passed away Thursday, May 25, 2023, at Morristown Hamblen Healthcare System. Randall professed his faith to Pastor Carson Davis on November 15, 1969 at the age of nine. He was a member of Midtown Missionary Baptist Church. </p><p>Randall was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Bessie Ashley; father, Carson Osborne; son, Christopher Osborne; granddaughter, Gabriella Osborne; brother, June Osborne; sisters, Mary Osborne, Shelby Jean Shaffer, Phyllis Seals, and Evelyn Osborne. </p><p>He is survived by the mother of his children, Betty Helene Long; sons, Randall Dwayne (Amanda) Osborne and Jeffery Lynn Osborne; grandchildren, Katelan Osborne, Kylee Osborne Fernandez, Kendra Osborne, Jacob Osborne and Gwyndalen Osborne; brothers, Wayne (Martha) Osborne, J. C. Osborne, and Donnie (Beth) Osborne; sister, Pauline Osborne; great-grandson, Nolyn Lane Fernandez; several nieces and nephews. </p><p>The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 pm Tuesday, May 30, 2023, in the West Chapel of Allen Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Wednesday, May 31, 2023, at Midtown Missionary Baptist Church in Russellville with Reverends Ronald Winstead and Bob Davis officiating. Interment will follow in the Osborne Family Cemetery in Bulls Gap. </p><p>Allen Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. </p>Obituary
