Christine M. Lawrence, 54, long-time Sierra Vista resident, died Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at St Joseph’s hospital in Tucson. Tina, daughter of the late Donald Tim and Katherine Marie Lawrence was born on December 16, 1968, in Falls Church, VA. She was raised in an Army family and lived in Nuremburg, Germany; Las Cruces, NM; Augusta, GA; Ft Huachuca, AZ; Mons, Belgium and Karlsruhe, Germany before returning to settle in Sierra Vista, AZ. She graduated from SHAPE American High School in 1987. Tina received her associate degree in general studies from Cochise Community College. 
  
Tina was a volunteer aide at Village Meadows School in Sierra Vista. She was employed at Safeway for over 17 years, cheerfully assisting customers. She relished spending time with her coworkers. 
  
She enjoyed traveling, music, amusement parks and live concerts. She was a member of the St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church choir for many years. Tina loved animals and was a frequent visitor to Reid Park Zoo in Tucson. 
  
She is survived by two brothers: Timothy S. Lawrence (Lara) and Karl R. Lawrence (Samantha); two sisters: Jennifer L. Lawrence and Melissa R Lawrence; a niece and nephew: Tess and Heath Carroll; along with several cousins. 
  
Family and friends are asked to meet on Saturday June 3, 2023, at Hatfield Funeral Home, 830 AZ-92, Sierra Vista to celebrate her life at 1:00 pm. 
  
Burial will be private at Cochise Memory Gardens, Sierra Vista.
