At 9:50pm, Wednesday, May 24th, 2023, Margaret prayed as Adrian peacefully entered heaven. Adrian is with Jesus and although we will miss him here, we rejoice that he is with his Saviour.

Adrian was born to Dirk sand Martha Van Rooyen on January 15th, 1936, in Utrecht, Holland. Throughout Adrian’s life, he held an unwavering faith in God, which he shared with those who surrounded him.

Adrian is missed by his loving wife, Margaret, his children Pauline (Mike), Lisa, David, Jim (Tammy) and Carolyn (Murray). Loving grandfather of Chris, Justin, AJ, Mikayla, Victoria, Nicole, Robert, Samantha, Tristan, Aiden and Dylan. Great grandfather of Aaliyah and Dakota. Brother of Henk (Connie), Dina (late Simon), late Martin (late Grace), Alice (Bert), Martha (late Albert), late Dick (Liz), late Wiegert (late Hielkje), William (Margaretha), Bert (Tinie) and Francis (Connie). Brother-in-law to Tetje (late Bill) Vellenga, late Louis (late Ann) Vellenga, Bob and Tina Veenstra, Gerald and Wilma Samplonius, Eva Vellenga.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 27th, 2023 at Providence United Reformed Church from 2pm-4pm, and Sunday May 28th, 2023 from 6pm-8pm.The Funeral service will be held on May 29th, 2023, at Providence United Reformed Church, 447 2nd Street, Strathroy, at 11am.
