Mr. Andre’ L. Williams, Sr., was born on September 27, 1952, in Jamaica, New York to Cecil L. Williams, Sr., and Virginia Anita Taylor Williams Scott. He attended Stanton High School and graduated from Florida A& M University. He met and married Eileen Yvette Williams.
 

Andre’ proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He was a member of the 164th Airlift Wing; Memphis, Tennessee. He also served in Operation Enduring Freedom, and at the Charleston, South Carolina Airforce Base. He also was a former railroad employee. Andre was also well-known in his community.
 

Andre’ was preceded in death by his mother, Virginia Anita Taylor Williams Scott; father, Cecil L. Williams, Sr.; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Porcher L. Taylor, Sr., and in-laws, Mr. and Mrs. Rudolph James, Sr. 
 

Andre’ leaves to cherish his memory, a dependable, loving and compassionate wife, Eileen Yvette Williams; devoted son, Dr. Andre L. Williams, Jr.; loving daughter – in – law, Ana Williams; 3 adorable grandchildren, Elliana, GraceAnna and Andre Joseph; devoted brother, Cecil L. Williams, Jr. (Gwen); uncle, Colonel (ret.) Dr. Porcher L. Taylor, Jr. (Ann); niece, Tari Radford (Eric); nephew, Cory L. Williams (Tameka); cousins, C. Ronald Belton (Gloria), Jackie Fleming, Vernita Taylor, Brenda Waters, Porcher L. Taylor, III, (April), Angela Butler (Harold) and Cheryl Taylor; uncle, Clarence Belton; devoted brother and sister – in – law, Dr. & Mrs. Malachi O’Berry, Jr.,; loving sister – in – law, Evelyn Mobley (Leonard – deceased); other nieces and nephews: Antonio James, Sr., (Deshantra), James O’Berry, Yolanda Booker (Roderick), Vonkesta Mobley - Abrams, Jenelle Young (Darrell), Yuneisha Mobley, Matthew O’Berry, Sr., NaTasha), Lynedra Mobley and Timothy O’Berry; devoted friends, Samuel Smith, Aaron Rainer, Jerry McNeil, Reggie Graves, David Harris, Joseph Sturgis, and Seabron Dixon.


In Lieu of flowers,  the family ask donations be made to the following charities: St. Judes, Wonded Warriors, Smiles, homeless shelters I will know. No flower or plants please.
