The family of Gerald Cyril O'Neill are saddened to announce his unexpected passing on Sunday May 21,2023.   Gerry was born in Saint John on April 7,1955; a son of the late Gerald O'Neill Sr. and Christina (French).  During his working years he worked for the City of Saint John and then was the owner and operator of Heritage Painting.  His great passion was for Harley motorcycles.  Gerald is survived by his daughter Jennifer O'Neill (Matthew Love); his granddaughter Julianna Love; his brother Edmund O'Neill (Sheryl); his sister Karen Brown (Jason); uncle to Andrew, Allan, Mitchell, Sarah and Tyler; as well as his aunts and cousins.  Beside his parents Gerald was predeceased by his son Michael John O'Neill and his sister Teresa Grenier.  Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John, NB (506-646-2424).  As per Gerald's request, there will be no visitation or funeral services.  For those who wish, remembrances to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation would be appreciated by his family.
