Allan Grant Burke (Storm) sooh kah pii nii

It is with great sadness and sorrow that we announce the passing of our dear Allan, our son, dad, nephew, brother, cousin, uncle, and friend to many of Siksika. Allan attended Bassano School and graduated grade 12 and in 2007 he moved to Gallop New Mexico, USA, with his brother Julien Big Eye. While in Gallop New Mexico, he met the love of his life Walthina Kenneth and had their daughter Azrial Synika Storm. While living in Arizona he worked as an Equipment Operator, Carpenter, and Mechanic and continued when he moved back to Siksika in the year of 2020. While at home on Siksika he loved his motorcycles and owned two of them. His interests were, Ranching, Farming, Riding, and Breaking Horses and that is how he broke his leg (LOL). Allan was a man of many traits, he loved his daughter Azrial and often talked about her. He loved children and took his time for all his nieces and nephews. Allan took an interest in ranching and farming fields. His last employment was farming fields for his buddy Merlin Breaker. Allan leaves behind his wife Walthina Kenneth and daughter Azrial Synika Storm, his Auntie Mom, Jackie Storm, Theresa Big Eye (Ron L.L), Adeline Storm (Jim Mchugh), Lyanna Storm, Rosemarie Poor Eagle, Uncles Gregory Big Eye, Gildas Storm and Late Melinda Storm, Kevin Cutter, Mykayla Bear Chief, Lori Cutter, Shawn Axe, Vernon Axe. He also leaves behind his Traditional dad, Alvin Solway.  His first Cousins are all his brothers and sisters, Christopher and Ashley Belcourt, Harlon, Julien, Jason, Lindsey, Andrew, Megan, Jamie Storm, Neil, Darcy Docherty, Catylyn, Tyson Storm, numerous nephews, and nieces. He also leaves behind his son Dajean Yellowfly and his special friend Ashley Mills whom Allan spends his time on Siksika Nation.  Allan was predeceased by his biological Mother Michelle Storm, Step Dad Fred Belcourt, Grandparents Jack Big Eye, and Maggie Storm, Adopted parents Julie & Bill Burke, Auntie Gail Rabbit Carrier, Gladys Big Crow, Uncles Rory, Morris Storm, Clarence Big Eye, Rusty Clarence Big Eye.  To those we missed, we assure you Allan loved you all.
