<p>Dwayne Allen Adkins, 67, of Wellsburg, WV passed away on on May 20, 2023 at Weirton Medical Center.&nbsp; He was born on September 24, 1955 to the late Jack and Grace (Rainey) Adkins.&nbsp; He was preceded in death by two sisters Jody Esign and Cathy Henson, and James Rainey.&nbsp; &nbsp;He is survived by his cousin Charles William Rainey of Wellsburg, WV, siblings Flo Newman, Judy Fye of Lorain, OH, Sam Adkins, Stephanie Adkins and Jenifer Adkins of Lorain.&nbsp; Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.&nbsp; </p><p>To leave a condolence visit www.schuetzfuneralhome.com&nbsp; </p>
