He was born at Hindman, KY on September 4, 1946 to Dennis Patrick and Elvira "Byda" Roberts Patrick.

Children- Teresa (Danny "Boone") Fletcher and Lisa Ann (Josh) Hall

Grandchildren- Brian (Breanna) Fletcher, Rebecca Don Hall and Boden Hall

Great Grandchildren- Lucas Ray Fletcher, Brea Lynn Fletcher, Trinadee Wiley, Rylan Gonzalez, Ahlana Warfield

and Kahlyci Maddox

Funeral services for Donald Ray Patrick will be held at 10:00AM, Saturday, May 27, 2023 at Hindman Funeral

Services Chapel with Donnie Ritchie officiating. Burial will follow at the Elisha Patrick Cemetery at Emmalena, KY.

Visitation will be held at the Chapel, Friday evening from 6:00PM to 9:00PM.
