Nancy E. Clifton
<p>Nancy was born to Norman H. Clifton and Dolores L. Clifton July 2, 1946 in Portland, Ore. </p><p>Nancy attended Woodlawn Elementary school before the family moved about a mile southeast into the Grant High School District where Nancy made friends at Kennedy Elementary and many of her lifelong friends at Grant High School. After High School Nancy attended Oregon State University where she was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta and graduated in 1968. </p><p>During a summer break from Oregon State Nancy spent the summer in France learning more about the French language and especially French Cooking. After graduating she moved to San Francisco to work in her field. Nancy married Daniel Greene in 1970 and they divorced in 1976. Nancy was active in the Sons of Norway Grieg Lodge, especially when food was involved. Nancy married Michael Jones Dec. 30, 1997. </p><p>Nancy is survived by her brother, Bruce; and her husband, Michael Jones; and will be sorely missed by her many, many friends. </p><p>Per Nancy's wishes, there will not be any memorial service. </p>Obituary
