<p>Our beloved father, Gregory Robert Swett, passed away peacefully at his home on May 15, 2023 at the age of 80. </p><p>He was born in Rochester, NH on August, 27, 1942.&nbsp; His childhood in North Berwick instilled a lifelong passion for hunting, fishing and carpentry. </p><p>Greg and Dot (Whicher) Swett were married for 40 years until her untimely passing in 2019.&nbsp; He was a carpenter for many years, working with his dad installing Hussey Seating around the country before going out on his own.&nbsp; Greg was a member of the Yorkshire Lodge #142 AF &amp; AM in North Berwick and was a pilot. </p><p>He leaves behind his 4 children, Lisa Ryan and her partner, David Poore, Gregory Swett, Jr., Jesse Swett and his partner Paula Tripp and Jolene Francoeur and husband David; grandchildren, Jacob Spencer and his wife Lauren, Simon Ryan, Graham Ryan, Collin Francoeur and wife Cathy, Andrew Francoeur, Emily Francoeur and Calvin Swett; great-grandchildren, Madelynn, Maxine, Isaac and Wyatt Spencer; the mother of his children, Sharon Hilton; his sisters, Sheila Litvinchyk and husband Peter, Elaine Brackett and brother Peter Swett; nieces, nephews and cousins.&nbsp; He was predeceased by his wife Dorothy (Dot) (Whicher) Swett, parents H. Robert Swett, Jr. and Maxine (White) Swett.&nbsp; </p><p>A time of visitation will be held on June 7, 2023 from 4pm to 5:30 pm immediately followed by a celebration of Greg’s life at 5:30 at the Johnson Funeral Home, 26 Market Street, North Berwick, ME.&nbsp; All are welcome.&nbsp; Donations in his memory may be made to the North Berwick Food Pantry, P.O. Box 571, North Berwick, ME 03906. </p>
