Anita Woodall, 71, of Washburn, passed away at 11:22 pm Saturday, May 20, 2023 at the OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria.

  She was born October 11, 1951 in Fairfax, Virginia to the late Charles and Dolly Colli Propes.

  She married Dennis Woodall on October 4, 1997 in Peoria.  He survives.

  Also surviving are one daughter, Shannon (Jay) Shock; one son, Shane Woodall; and three grandchildren, Rylan Kapraun, Kayden Kapraun, and Chaylyn Shock.

  Anita worked at Caterpillar Inc. before retiring.  She and her husband loved to travel and camp with their yellow lab CJ.  She will be dearly missed.

  Visitation will be from 4 to 6pm Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at Deiters Funeral Home and Crematory in Washington.  

  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
