<p>Millinocket – Jody Lee Beaulieu, 50, passed away Monday, May 15, 2023 after a three year struggle with Parkinson’s Disease. She was born December 28, 1972, in Millinocket, the daughter of June Lee (MacArthur) and Timothy Dale Beaulieu.</p><p><br></p><p>Jody grew up in Millinocket, and was a graduate of Stearns High School, class of 1993, alongside her younger sister Kristen. Jody was outgoing, always smiling and loved parties, family gatherings, and hugs. She enjoyed the Special Olympics, Pine Tree Camp, and music, especially Country. She was a whiz at Bingo and thrilled at beating Grammie Beaulieu.</p><p><br></p><p>Jody was fortunate to grow up with three grandmothers – Rita (Larry) MacArthur, Pauline (Ronald) Beaulieu, and Joanne Walsh, all of whom predeceased her, as well as her mother June L. B. Walsh. She is survived by her father, Tim (Joyce) Beaulieu and stepfather Rick Walsh; her sister Kristen (Joel) Lane-Heath; brother Adam (Jessy) Beaulieu and their children Ryder and Hallie; and numerous Beaulieu, MacArthur, and Walsh aunts, uncles, and cousins in Connecticut and Maine. Jody’s caregivers in Millinocket, Charlotte, Julie, Jan, and Carie, allowed Jody to live in her own home with room-mate Corey Alley until she moved to Ross Manor in 2020.</p><p><br></p><p>Jody had a wide circle of family and friends. She loved them all and they loved her. The family is thankful for the compassionate care she received in her final days at Ross Manor and Northern Light EMMC.</p><p><br></p><p>Friends are invited to visit with the family 12-2 PM Saturday, June 3 at the Lamson Funeral Home, 11 Tamarack Street, Millinocket, where funeral services will be held at 2 PM that day. Interment will be at the Millinocket Cemetery. Gifts in memory of Jody may be sent to Special Olympics of Maine, attn. Phil, 525 Main Street, Unit D, South Portland, ME 04106.
