<p>Kenneth Edward Huggins, Sr., the son of the late Nebraska and Rosanna Huggins was born October 3, 1958, in Darlington County, South Carolina. After fighting an illness, Jehovah whispered in his ear on the evening of May 16, 2023, at MUSC Hospital to come home.<br></p><p>Growing up, he attended the Kingdom Hall with his family. He also graduated from Hartsville High School. He acquired a few work trades throughout his life. Kenneth once went on tour with Freddie Jackson with Hush Productions and even visited other countries such as Japan. He was also a dedicated Welder in the manufacturing industry for many years. Kenneth was mostly known to be the life of the party, always loud and very outspoken.</p><p>Kenneth's love for his family was immeasurable. Though he never married, he was a devoted father to his children and a loving brother to his siblings. He was also a doting grandfather, who brought immeasurable joy and light into his life. Kenneth's heart was big enough to encompass not only his biological family but also those he considered family by choice. He shared a deep bond with his late significant other, LaDonna Harkless, and her son Shaquille Harkless. Kenneth's ability to create lasting connections with people was a testament to his gentle spirit and compassionate nature. Kenneth's life was marked by an unwavering dedication to his loved ones and a passion for living life to its fullest.</p><p><br></p><p>Kenneth was preceded in death by his father, Nebraska Huggins, mother, Rosanna Davis Huggins; brother, Harold Huggins, sister, Eddrena Huggins, cousin, Bernard Huggins; and significant other, LaDonna Harkless and son, Shaquille Harkless.</p><p><br></p><p>He will be deeply missed by his surviving family members, including his children, Kenneth (Shekera) Gainey, and Raquel Gainey, Domonique Huggins; his beloved grandchildren, Lola Gainey, Marlei Gainey, Koi Gainey, Santana Mashack, Selena Samuel, and Sanchez Gainey; sisters, Joe (Leroy) O'Neal, Dollie (Hercules) Dundy, Demetria James, and Marilyn J. Sievers; his brothers, Charles (Melba) Huggins, James Huggins, Sr., Nebraska (Beth) Beau Huggins, Jr., and Don E. (Maria) Huggins; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.</p><p><br></p>
