<p>Norway – Jerome G. Perry, age 84, passed on Friday May 5, 2023, at Stephens Memorial Hospital, peacefully with his loving family by his side. He was born April 23, 1939, in Litchfield, a son of the late Waldo S. and Geraldine (Stone) Perry.</p><p><br></p><p>Jerry worked as a trucker for many years, maintenance supervisor for William Roach Inc, Land O Lakes FLA, and manager at Norway Paris Solid waste until his retirement.</p><p><br></p><p>He loved fishing, hunting, 4 wheeling, snowmobiling, birdwatching, but mostly spending time and cookouts with family and grandchildren and great-grandchildren.</p><p><br></p><p>He was predeceased by his loving parents, his two daughters, Doreen Perry, and Vicky Beckwith a stepdaughter Patricia Paine, and son Ward Perry. His 6 brothers Wally and William Shepherd, Charlie George, John (Jeff) and Ralph Perry.</p><p><br></p><p>He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 42 years, Irene (Spencer) Perry, his children, and grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.</p><p><br></p><p>The family would like to give a special thank you to the Pace Ambulance and the Staff at Stephens Memorial Hospital ICU for the excellent care and support of Jerry.</p><p><br></p><p>A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 20, 2023 at 2:00pm at their home, 24 East Oxford Road, South Paris.
