(Stephanie) Cooper, his brother Joe Cooper, and granddaughters Corinne and Abby Cooper as well as nieces and nephews. </p><p><br></p><p> Mr. Cooper previously resided in Pasadena, MD and practiced law in the Baltimore area for many years. </p><p><br></p><p> The family has requested that in lieu of flowers memorial donations be made to Coastal Hospice 351 Deers Head Hospital Rd, Salisbury, MD. </p><p><br></p><p>Final arrangements are private.</p>July 28, 1936 - March 30, 202307/28/193603/30/2023
