Kamal "Carl" Din Rahseparian Obituary

Kamal “Carl” Rahseparian, 74, died surrounded by his loved ones in Shawnee on March 29, 2023.

Kamal was born Seyed Kamal Din Rahseparian Jahromi, in Abadan, Iran to Seyed Abotaleb Rahseparian and MesriJan Moshir Rahseparian. Kamal was the third child in a big loving family of ten. Kamal moved to Tehran at age 20 where he attended the University of Tehran.

In 1976 Kamal moved to the US and made a new life for himself in Oklahoma. In 1978 Kamal met Jeneice, the love of his life, who he spent the next 44 years loving. Jeneice fell in love with Kamal due to his generous heart and great sense of humor.

In 1979 Kamal earned a BS in Electrical Engineering and a BS in Mechanical Technology. After graduation, he accepted a position at General Electric. Kamal later left General Electric and entered the restaurant business with his brothers. Kamal was an extremely hardworking man who earned the love, respect, and admiration of his employees. Even though he worked hard, Kamal still took the time to come out to meet and talk to all the guests and make them feel like family.

To Kamal’s family, he could never be replaced. Kamal never complained and was the strongest man they knew. He was a selfless husband, father, brother, and uncle. Kamal never failed to make his children feel loved and supported. Kamal loved his nieces and nephews as if they were his own children.

Kamal was able to lighten up any situation and make everyone laugh and have a good time. Kamal loved dancing and eating good food. Being home with his family was Kamal’s favorite place in the world to be.
