<p>CHARLESTON – Michael Cody Hendrix, 48, husband of Caroline Marshall Hendrix, died Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at Roper Hospice Cottage.</p><p><br></p><p>Born December 30, 1974, in Columbia, he was a son of the late John Edward Hendrix and the late Patricia Ann Livingston Vose. He was a US Coast Guard veteran, the Safety and Security Compliance Manager for Mediterranean Shipping Company, and a member of Holy Trinity Anglican Church.</p><p><br></p><p>He is survived by his wife of Charleston; two daughters, Elizabeth-Ann Barrier Hendrix and Adelyn Grace Hendrix, both of Charleston; stepfather, Thomas Vose of Manning; father and mother-in-law, Alex &amp; Julia Marshall of Edisto Island; a niece, Ashley E. Springer of Barnwell; a stepbrother, Bill Clegg (Amy); a stepsister, Kelly Ann Lewis (Michael), both of St. George; and three cousins, Breanne Kreitzer (Michael) of North Charleston, Catherine Davis and Louise Thackery, both of Charleston.</p><p><br></p><p>In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Kelly Rebecca Hendrix; and a stepmother, BeBe Hendrix.</p><p><br></p><p>A memorial service will be held at 1p.m. on Saturday, April 8, 2023, at Church of the Good Shepherd, 1393 Miles Drive, Charleston, with Father David Dubay officiating.</p><p><br></p><p>The family will receive friends immediately following the memorial service at the church.</p><p><br></p><p>A graveside service will be held at 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 8, 2023, at Carolina Memorial Gardens, 7113 Rivers Ave., N.
