Ora Mae Butzlaff

<p>Ora Butzlaff, passed away Wednesday March, 29, 2023. Ora was born on September 20, 1930 in Berlin, WI. She was the daughter of Edward and Edna (Wiesendanger) Cook. She lived in Green Lake, WI before moving to Oshkosh, when she started to work at Winnebago Mental Health, where she met her husband, Norman Butzlaff. After several jobs she worked at Morgan Door until her retirement. Ora married Norman Butzlaff on Feb. 26, 1955. He passed away in 1996. Ora enjoyed playing cards with family and friends. She enjoyed living on the lake. She also enjoyed going to the Casino with her grandson, Willy.</p><p><br></p><p> Ora is survived by her children, William Butzlaff (Julie Wright) and Belinda (James) Spanbauer; grandchildren, William Butzlaff Jr., Lauren Spanbauer, Peterson Spanbauer and Shelly Paulick; sister, Glorian Leto; and great grandson, Arlo.</p><p><br></p><p> She is preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Edna Cook; husband, Norman; twin sister, Donna Rudolph; sisters, Gwen Geiger, June Hayatt, Carol Pierce; brother, Ronald Cook; and grandson, Daniel Borski and many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.</p><p><br></p><p> Visitation will be held at Lake View Memorial Park, 2786 Algoma Blvd. on Tuesday April 4, 2023 from 12pm to 2pm, services beginning at 2pm with Pastor Chadwick Graham officiating.</p><p><br></p><p>The Family would like to thank the kind and compassionate staff at Bella Vista and Compassus Hospice.</p>
