<p>Betty White, 94, formerly of Pittsville, passed away on Monday, March 27, 2023. Born on May 12, 1928 in Whaleyville, MD, she was the daughter of the late Edward Norton Hall and Pauline Florence Hall.</p><p><br></p><p>Betty served as a Seamstress with a shirt factory for many years. She was a longtime member of Eastside Mens Club and Moose Lodge #654. She was an avid bingo player. Betty will be remembered for her friendly nature. She loved spending time with her family, cooking meals for them, and gathering together.</p><p><br></p><p>Betty is survived by Two Sons, Richard (Bonnie) White of Eden, MD, Jeffrey Lee (Paula) White; Two Daughters, Bonita Sue (Woody) Cooper, Brenda Joyce (Wayne) Hall; Three Siblings, Hilda Foskey, Ray Hall, and Dorothy Mumford; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.</p><p><br></p><p>In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her Husband, Arthur White; Son, Benjamin Wayne White; Four Siblings, Billy Hall, Elizabeth Mumford, Jean Coffin, and Doris Quillen.</p><p><br></p><p>Services will be held on Friday, March 31, 2023 at 1:00pm at Pittsville Cemetery. </p><p><br></p><p>In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ayres United Methodist Church or Pittsville Fire Department.</p><p><br></p><p>Arrangements are in the care of Holloway Funeral Home, 501 Snow Hill Road, Salisbury, MD 21804.
