Gina Masciarelli
<p>Enjoyed spending time with family. </p><p> </p><p>Gina (Bonetti) Masciarelli, 88, of Torrington, CT, passed away on Saturday, March 25, 2023, at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital after a short illness. She was the wife of 67 years of Daniel Masciarelli. </p><p>Gina was born in Torrington, CT on January 14, 1935, daughter of the late Domenico and Theresa (Berti) Bonetti. </p><p>Gina worked at Union Hardware and at Stars. She was a communicant of St. Peter Church. She was an excellent homemaker and enjoyed cooking and baking. </p><p>Besides her husband, she is survived by sons David (Annamarie) Masciarelli and Roger (Michelle) Masciarelli; grandchildren Nicole, Brian, Mark, Jeffrey and Kristin; great grandson Emil; sister-in-law Jean Ducatelli as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers Gregorio, Ezio and Addo Bonetti. Gina also leaves behind her cherished dog, Reba. </p><p>Gina’s family would like to thank the staff at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital who cared for her during her stay. </p><p>Graveside funeral services will be held on Monday, April 3, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Peter Cemetery, 236 East Pearl Road, Torrington, CT. </p><p>Donations in memory of Gina may be made to the Little Guild of St. Francis, 285 Sharon Goshen Tpke., West Cornwall, CT 06796. </p><p>Condolences may be sent to Gina’s family by visiting www.cookfuneralhomect.com </p><p> </p>Obituary
