Daphne Sue Koepp, 74, of Jefferson City, passed away on March 24, 2023 at Lake Ozark Regional following an extended illness. She was born on April 7, 1948 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri; a daughter of the late John and Kathleen (Boeler) Koepp.

Daphne was a 1966 graduate of Charleston High School in Charleston, Missouri. She retired from the State of Missouri Department of Revenue in 2002, after 35 years of service. She had worked as a paralegal since the 1970’s. Daphne was known for her love of animals. She loved being outdoors and spending time on the water boating and fishing. She was an avid bowler, and enjoyed her time spent with her bowling league: Friday Night Alley Cats. She was very artistic and enjoyed needlework and painting. She continued to mow her own yard, even while being wheelchair bound. Daphne loved her family and friends, and will be missed dearly.

She is survived by her niece: Kristina Koepp-Donato and husband T.J. of Sarasota, Florida; nephews: Kyle (Andrea) Koepp and John (Vanessa) Koepp, and their children, of Benton, Missouri; sister-in-law: Susan Koepp of Sarasota, Florida; and special friends: Tish and Jan. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother: Keith Koepp.

Friends will be received at Houser-Millard Funeral Directors on Friday, March 31, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Graveside services and burial will be held at 3:00 p.m. at Cape County Memorial Park in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
