<p>Dave Hanna, 82, a resident of Pasadena, MD died on March 19, 2023 at his residence.&nbsp; </p><p>He was born on February 20, 1941 in Baltimore, MD to the late James Vernon and Evelyn Hannah. Mr. Hanna graduated from Glen Burnie High School in 1959 and then attended the Peabody Music Conservatory for the basoon. &nbsp;After his schooling he served honorably in the US Air Force from 1962 to 1966. Mr. Hanna was a Plastics Engineer who worked as a supervisor for various plastic companies including Sweethart Plastics, Berry Plastics and a Dairy Company in Frederick, MD until his retirement in 2004. He also co-owned with his brother Hanna's Gems and Minerals. &nbsp;Mr. Hanna was a member of the Antioch Apostolic Church.&nbsp;His hobbies included dancing in his younger years and lapidary work with gems and stones.&nbsp; </p><p>In addition to his parents he’s preceded in death by his son David V. Hanna and his brother Gordon Hanna.&nbsp; </p><p>He’s survived by his wife of 29 years, Nelie Hanna, his daughter Judy Andersen, his sister-in-law Peggy Hanna, and his grandchildren Brenton and Colby. </p><p>Friends may visit on Saturday, March 25 from 1:30-3:30 p.m. at Stallings Funeral Home, 3111 Mountain Rd., Pasadena, MD 21122 where funeral services will begin at 3:30 p.m. Interment&nbsp; will take place at the Maryland Veteran Cemetery, Crownsville. Dave Hanna, 82, a resident of Pasadena, MD died on March 19, 2023 at his residence.
