Gregg Lee Williams

<p>Gregg Lee Williams, 62, of Reidsville, went to be with the Lord Saturday March 18, 2023 at The Gibson House Hospice of Rockingham County. Memorial services will be conducted 6:00 P.M. Thursday March 23, 2023 in Citty Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Cress Warner officiating. The family will see friends following the service. A native of Reidsville, he was a son of Sue Hall Williams Cox and the late Curtis Lee Williams and had lived in Rockingham County his entire life. He was a former member of Stoneville Pentecostal Holiness Church and had most recently attended Penn Memorial Baptist Church. He was the former owner of Gregg’s Tires in Reidsville, and was a past president and longtime member of the Reidsville Jaycees. Gregg was on the Board of Directors of the Salvation Army and he enjoyed helping people in need. He was preceded in death by his father: Curtis Lee Williams. Survivors include: daughters: Lauren Williams of Reidsville,Kaitlyn Hurst (David) and Clara Williams both of Eden, his mother: Sue Hall Cox of Reidsville,his brothers: Mark Williams (Gina) of Eden, Brian Williams of Danville, VA and Jason Williams of Eden, grandchildren: Hunter, Kailey, Kinsley, Aubree, Abigail, and Atlee. Memorials may be sent to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN&nbsp; 38105. Citty Funeral Home is assisting the Williams family.
