Michael Allen Glover

<p>Michael Allen Glover, age 54, of Hampstead, died Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at the University of Maryland Midtown Health Care Center, Baltimore. Born February 10, 1969 in Carroll County, he was the son of Wayne A. and Sally B. Glover of Littlestown, PA.</p><p>Michael attended Jemicy School for dyslexia for five years and graduated in 1987 from Westminster High School and completed the carpentry program at the Vo-Tech Center. He started working as a cabinet maker but at the age of 21 was interrupted for a bone marrow transplant. Later he attended Carroll Community College majoring in computer architectural design which led to his career in CAD which he continued until his death. Michael enjoyed fishing, crabbing, cooking and his pets.</p><p>In addition to his parents he is survived by son, Ryan Glover of Hampstead; sister, Jane Beck and husband Tom and their daughters, Emily and Megan, all of Westminster.<br></p><p><br></p><p>The family will receive friends at Hartzler Funeral Home, 310 Church St., New Windsor, 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday, March 23.</p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;There will be no funeral service.</p><p><br></p><p>Private inurnment will take place at a later date in Westminster Cemetery.</p><p><br></p><p>In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Michael’s memory to the Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center, P.O.
