Joyce E. Smith, 84 of Sabina, passed away on Friday March 17, 2023 in Springfield. Born May 16, 1938 in Cattlesburg, KY the daughter of Jean and Dee Everman. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald V. Smith on June 29, 2018. Joyce had retired as the Head Librarian of the Sabina Public Library after 25 years. A member of the Wilmington Bible Baptist Church and the Sabina Senior Citizens. She is survived by her son and daughter in law, Greg and Jennifer Smith and granddaughter, Madee, also survived by brothers; Phillip (Patty) Everman of San Antonio, TX and Thomas (Billie) Everman of Norris Lake, TN. A public graveside service will be on Tuesday March 21, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. at the Sabina Cemetery. Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Heart Association. Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina is in charge of arrangements.
