Ronnie L. McGill, 74 of Knoxville, passed away at home with family on Saturday, March 18, 2023, after a long and brave battle with cancer.

Ronnie loved to fish and hunt and was a lover of all thing UT sports related. He loved spending time spoiling his granddaughter.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Nettie McGill; sisters, Nellie, Jean, Mandy, and Vera; and brother, T.C.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Patsy McGill; daughter, Sharr Ruckart (David); son, Schadler McGill; granddaughter, Chiannah Ruckart; nieces, Shirley, Charlotte, Robin and Kathy; and nephew, Bobby.
