Donna Spada
<p>Donna Marie Spada (nee Iannetta), age 63 of Havertown, PA died on March 16, 2023 at Bryn Mawr Hospital.</p><p><br></p><p>Born on May 1, 1959 to the late John and Virginia Iannetta (nee Giuliani), Donna was a lifelong Delaware County resident, residing in Havertown most of her life. Donna was a graduate of Archbishop John Carroll High School and later attended Harcum College where she graduated with her Associate Degree. Donna made a 25 plus year career as a Medical Transcriptionist.</p><p><br></p><p>Donna loved her family, animals and watching Philadelphia sports. She battled with cancer on three separate occasions and was fierce in her battle, up until the very end.</p><p><br></p><p>Donna is survived by her loving husband Jeffrey Spada and their son Justin Spada of Havertown, along with her brother Stephen Iannetta.</p><p><br></p><p>A visitation will be held on Friday March 24, 2023, from 9:00am-10:00am at the Presentation Blessed Virgin Mary Church located at 204 Haverford Road, Wynnewood, PA 19096. Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow. Burial will follow at the Westminster Cemetery.</p><p><br></p><p>In lieu of flowers and in keeping with the Lenten season, the family is requesting donations be made in Donna’s memory to the American Cancer Society</p><p><br></p>Obituary
