A Mass of Christian Burial for Mrs. Zepher Marie Dupuy will be held on Monday, March 20, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Dan O’Connor officiating. Interment will be at St. Paul Catholic Cemetery in Mansura, LA. Arrangements are under the direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Marksville.

Mrs. Dupuy, age 82, of Deville, LA., passed away on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria, LA. She is preceded in death by her husband, Walter Dupuy; parents, Sidney A. and Blanche Laborde Ducote; great great granddaughter, Emily Dauzat; brothers, Daniel Ducote, Wilton Ducote, Herman Ducote, Elton Ducote; sisters, Earline Lemoine, Eva Beauclair, Joycelynn St. Romain, Madeline Ducote.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Tammy Dull of Deville, La., (fiancé Mike Durison), Debra Dauzat of Hessmer, La. (Jason Dupuy), Jenny Dupuy of Houston, TX. She also leaves behind 7 grandchildren, Brittany Dull (fiancé Gerald Bernard) Sherry Cooper, Jason Dauzat, Michelle Dauzat, Paula Gaspard (Terry), Randall Dauzat, Donna Dauzat; 15 great grandchildren, William Paulk, Amber Paulk, Joseph Paulk, Dylan Dauzat, Vanessa Cooper, Jacob Cooper, Hailey Cooper, Gavin Cooper, Bradley Cooper, Mea Dauzat, Leah Dauzat, Devin Bernard, Kylie Dauzat, Bryden Dauzat, Bryce Dauzat; 8 great great grand children, Mason Dauzat, Bailey Dauzat, Hunter Dauzat, River Dauzat, Ryder Cooper, Ayden Cooper, Emma Cooper, Knolden Cooper, Summer Paulk.

Pallbearers honored to serve will be Mike Durison, Gerald Bernard, William Paulk, Jason Dauzat, Gavin Cooper, Bradley Cooper, Randall Dauzat and Brayden Dauzat .

Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 19, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home, Marksville and will reopen on Monday at 8:00 a.m. until time of services. Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held on Sunday, March 19, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. in the Hixson Brothers Chapel, Marksville.
