<p>Brenda Alice Constance Bulgin</p><p>January 19 1941 - March 12 2023</p><p><br></p><p>It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Brenda Alice Constance Bulgin, who passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 12 at the age of 82. She was a beloved mother, wife and friend, and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She is lovingly remembered by her daughters, Deborah and Shari (Shawn), her son, Jay (Lindsay), her daughter-in-law, Leona, as well as many grandchildren, extended family members, and dear friends. Predeceased by her husband, Lester Bulgin, and her son, Bret Bulgin. In lieu of flowers, kindly consider contributing to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada. A private memorial service will be held to celebrate her life and honour her memory on Saturday, April 8, 2023 from 12 - 2 pm at Highland Park Funeral Centre - 2510 Bensfort Road, Peterborough, ON K9J 1C5.</p>January 19, 1941 - March 12, 202301/19/194103/12/2023
