TUPELO-Patricia Ellen Jacobson, 70, of Tupelo, MS passed away Tuesday, March 14, 2023. Patricia was born January 24, 1953 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Edward and Joan Tiernan. She is survived by her life partner Nora Shumpert of Tupelo, MS., two siblings; her sister Marianne Andres of Tupelo, MS and her brother Edward Tiernan of New York. Her five children; Tara Cayson (Bart) of Tupelo, MS., Ryan Hotek (Dani) of Silver Spring, MD., Robyn Zamoff of Tupelo, MS., Kate Dutro (Michah) of Portland, OR., and Sarah Meng (Josh) of Portland OR. Nine grandchildren; Isaiah Luciano, Elijah Luciano, Madeliene Taylor, Alice Meng, Evelyn Dutro, Bianca Zamoff, Jake Dutro, Elenor Meng, and Kaya Hotek. As well as numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

There will be a small service for immediate family members only. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, TN.
