Bonnie Elaine Coconato, age 71, of Carol Stream, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 15 2023.

Bonnie is survived by her beloved husband of 50 years, Frank; her loving children: Frank, III and Nicole; her cherished grandchildren: Frank, IV and Cynthia; her treasured sister, Carol (Tim) Knor; and her sister-in-law, Madelyn.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her loving parents: Bobbie Ann Carlson and Johan Strand; her cherished brother, John Strand; and her precious dog, Mack.

Bonnie was born in Tomahawk, Wisconsin on March 11, 1952. She loved horses, music, jigsaw puzzles, dogs, and collecting carousel horses. She was loving, kind, caring and compassionate to everyone she met. She never turned down a chance to help someone. She loved everyone she met and everyone loved her.

Bonnie loved being around her family. Her favorite time of the year were holidays, especially Christmas. She enjoyed live music and loved dancing. She did everything she could for her family and then some!

She worked many years as an office manager for Head, Inc. before retiring. She was truly a wonderful woman with so much love to give. She always had a smile on her face.

She will be greatly missed by all!

A Memorial Visitation will be held on Monday, March 20, 2023, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with a Prayer Service at 6:00 PM at Bucaro Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 485 W. Army Trail Road, Bloomingdale, IL 60108.
